Whilst we do not wish to disparage the hard work the previous owners had put into Paddy Fields, but due to the number of enquiries we’ve received recently, we feel there’s a need to dispel certain rumours and to ensure our customers are informed with the facts…

While the previous owners were running Paddy Fields, an inspector had carried out an inspection in July 2017 which resulted in a 1 Star rating.

We took over the restaurant in Aug 2017 (our family were the original owners who had opened Paddy Fields in Dec 2007). Following several enquiries regarding this matter, we were in contact with the local authorities which resulted in an inspection in Dec 2018; we were issued with a 5 Star rating as a result of this inspection, further information are available on https://www.scoresonthedoors.org.uk/business/paddyfields-york-223794.html.
